Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of the services and systems your teams build and maintain.
- Responsible for assessing and managing talent to ensure we have the capabilities needed to meet business objectives today and in the future.
- Responsible for the customer experience and executive engagements [w/ customers]
- Responsible for the security, availability and maintenance of code, services and dependencies
- Ensures excellence in incident response to build trust by demonstrating deep understanding of root causes and commitment to improvement from learnings
- Responsible for software and system design quality
- Manage delivery timelines and ensure predictable delivery
