Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior executive roles leading large, complex engineering organizations.
- Proven success building and scaling AI-native, cloud-based platforms at enterprise scale.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, high-availability services, and global multi-region deployments.
- Strong technical foundation in LLMs, machine learning systems, search, recommendations, and AI-driven decisioning.
- Experience with Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement Platforms, or Data-Intensive SaaS products.

- Lead Agentforce Marketing Engineering: Drive the transformation of Marketing Cloud into an AI-first, agentic engagement platform powered by autonomous agents and real-time intelligence.
- Architect AI & Distributed Systems: Design and scale globally distributed, cloud-native systems that deliver real-time personalization, orchestration, and decisioning at enterprise scale.
- Build Intelligent Marketing Platforms: Deliver core Agentforce and Marketing Cloud capabilities leveraging LLMs, predictive models, and event-driven architectures.
- Partner for Business Impact: Collaborate with Product, Data, UX, and AI teams to translate customer needs into differentiated, scalable marketing solutions.
