Capital Bank N.A. is seeking an Enterprise Application Software Engineer to integrate critical enterprise applications with external vendor applications.

Responsibilities
- Integrate critical enterprise applications at CBNK with external vendor applications
- Gather application integration requirements, solution the best integration approach, develop the integration, release planning & deployment, change management, testing and documenting
- Partner closely with other IT teams, business partners, and vendors to Integrate systems and manage those integrations
- Train, guide, and support the team of Enterprise Solutions Specialists and assume leadership role within the team when assigned
- Evaluate, plan, conduct, and coordinate testing and implementation work efforts for releases/upgrades and hot fixes
- Establish test procedures and scenarios for end-to-end testing, deployment checklists, technical specifications, and user documentation for UAT and rollout phases
- Roll-out application changes and updates by thoroughly performing testing and guiding business units through user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years as a software engineer with tech system integration experience, preferably in the financial services sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- 100% remote work arrangement possible
- Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 annually
- Yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance
