Requirements
5–10 years of experience in data, AI, strategy consulting, and/or wealth management.
Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and provide a clear point of view.
Strong communication and executive presence, with experience preparing board-level materials.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
A bias for action, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel and engage deeply with teams across locations.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to refine and evolve the data and AI strategy across the firm.
Coach members of the Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Office to strengthen strategic execution and leadership.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders across the organization.
Guide strategic thinking and problem solving for strategy project teams.
Develop and deliver executive-level strategy narratives, deliverables, and analyses that articulate the value, impact, and direction of AI and data priorities.
Establish and maintain reporting cadences, OKRs, and board-level documentation for transformation initiatives.
Lead the creation of business cases for new data and AI products and capabilities.
