The Warehouse Product Administrator is responsible for validating, maintaining, and collecting all warehouse product data. This role ensures that business-established ownership and processes for warehouse product data are followed. The Warehouse Product Admin drives warehouse efficiencies by resolving system discrepancies, addressing data quality issues, and managing vendor noncompliance. The role also includes updating warehouse product data and confirming synchronization between systems.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of supply chain experience.
- 1–2 years of product data management experience.
- Passion for data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Inventory Quality Control to resolve discrepancies between system data and physical deliveries.
- Prioritize and validate system data against physical inventory.
- Manage and resolve issues reported in product data.
- Address and resolve order errors using reporting tools.
- Support data collection efforts during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Lead or assist in warehouse data collection and validation projects.
- Provide on-site support within the warehouse for on-demand product data solutions.
