Responsibilities
- Receive and disposition warranty returns accordingly, including but not limited to: engineering analysis, part tracking, database management, claim data analysis, and trend analysis
- Receive incoming warranty parts, tag parts with correct serial number, and disposition them in warranty database to meet Valeo standard
- Conduct level 1 testing on returned warranty parts and create presentations summarizing the analysis on each return
- Manage communication and shipping of warranty claims that have failed due to supplier components
- Maintain and update warranty database in a timely manner with results from level 1 testing
- Utilize customer warranty systems to obtain, analyze, and report warranty costs and failure rate performance
- Support all necessary activities to fully implement Valeo Strategies and processes
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Preferably have prior internship or co-op experience
