At Apple, the WatchOS QA team is seeking a QA Engineer to help ensure that the Watch experience is rock-solid and customer-focused, by qualifying Watch Faces and Complications and the frameworks that support them.
Requirements
- proven experience in Software Quality Assurance creating test plans for new products and features
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent recent on-the-job experience in Software QA
- experience with functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing
- ability to design and implement test plans and test cases
- ability to analyze risks and coordinate cross-functional testing
- ability to integrate testing across the system
- experience with debugging difficult problems
Responsibilities
- functional testing of iOS and watchOS applications, with a focus on watch faces and complications, sometimes across concurrent release vectors
- design and implementation of test plans and test cases
- risk analysis
