Jacobs is seeking Civil and Environmental Engineering Interns with an interest in Water Resources Engineering to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for both local and global clients.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or another closely related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
- Relevant coursework or projects
Responsibilities
- development and application of environmental and water resources analyses, to support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies
- planning and design for stormwater, water quality retrofits, and other water resources projects
- performing research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies
- data collection, processing, and analysis to support water resources planning activities
