Storage Asset Management is looking to manage the development and implementation of web-based applications and systems to improve their self-storage business operations
Requirements
- Knowledge of retail eCommerce technologies
- Experience with web application User Experience (UX) design, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with integration platforms such as Workato and Mule
- Familiarity with managing and supporting database, API technologies and creates solutions for identified problems or bugs
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of web-based applications and systems
- Serve as the lead architect and administrator for web systems, including security design, application lifecycle management, data integrations, and quality control
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Develop and deploy integration solutions to connect enterprise data sets with enterprise solutions
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure that projects adhere to established standards and best practices
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language
- In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance
