The company is looking to enhance its website and CMS to drive user engagement and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience developing and managing websites using Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern web standards.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with non-technical content creators.
  • Familiarity with QA testing processes for websites, including visual and functional testing.
  • Experience with Hubspot form integrations is a plus.
  • Background in CRO or experience supporting A/B testing workflows.
  • Knowledge of React, PostgreSQL, TypeScript

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CTO and Marketing team to execute design and component updates for customer-facing website properties.
  • Collaborate with content creators to publish page updates, ensuring changes do not impact layout integrity or introduce visual or functional defects.
  • Maintain and update provider profile pages in the CMS to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Standardize and refine existing page components while building new components based on design specifications or business needs in a reusable, repeatable fashion.
  • Conduct manual visual and functional QA testing for all page changes prior to deployment in the production environment.
  • Work iteratively with the product engineering team to enhance provider profile pages based on usability feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Design and implement interactive components that align with the company's brand and improve the user experience, ultimately driving to new user acquisition or retention.

  • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment.
