- Administering SharePoint Online sites, developing guidelines, and maintaining training materials
- Managing website and intranet content and design
- Providing site layout, content development, and platform assistance

- Analyzing content needs and consumption data to optimize content
- Collaborating with development teams to scope, prioritize, and test website enhancements
- Testing and improving website functionality
