Arcfield is looking to create a marketing strategy and organizational brand that better communicates its service offerings across the IC, and to formalize customer outreach and communication, identify growth opportunities, and assess department impact.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in website development
  • Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
  • Experience with SharePoint and WordPress
  • Experience developing web pages on Intelink

Responsibilities

  • Develop a new Sponsor website design for Talk-about and SharePoint sites
  • Design includes a development, testing, and implementatio plans in compliance with the Sponsor technical standards and policies and the latest User Experience and Accessibility standards, and aligns with the Sponsor’s Customer Engagement Strategy
  • Create metrics functions for monitoring and collecting data regarding usage and performance
  • Create an implementation plan for the new website including the retirement of the current website
  • Deliver and maintain website on multiple platforms
  • Make small edits requested by customers and develop plans for completing larger updates

Other

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • A bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or computer engineering
  • BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • High level of creativity and innovative design skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders and managers to review business and functional requirements and to determine project scopes and specifications
