WorldPantry.com is looking to solve the problem of creating, customizing, and maintaining the design, functionality, and UI/UX of multiple e-commerce websites/webstore properties to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Shopify development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid template language.
- In depth knowledge of Shopify theme and Shopify app usage and customization
- Experience with Responsive Design.
- Experience with major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc.).
- Experience working with RESTful webservices and APIs.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator).
Responsibilities
- Working closely with team members to design, develop and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
- Optimizing website performance and user experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rate.
- Working closely with team members to make good trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements.
- Designing and improving the functionality of our web applications as well as maintain existing websites.
- Writing high quality, modular and reusable code.
- Creating and modifying content/imagery required for developing and maintaining website properties.
- Tracking down and fixing bugs, performance issues, or display issues.
