Personify is looking for a WordPress Developer to accelerate content production, enhance resources and marketing sites, and empower the team with development expertise to improve overall site performance.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience building and managing WordPress websites
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Ability to develop and deploy clean, responsive, and lightweight front-end code
- Comfortable following detailed mockups, familiarity with Figma preferred
- Familiarity with optimizing pages for SEO and site performance preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS preferred
- Proficient in WordPress
Responsibilities
- Accelerating production of high-value website content to drive SEO, AI visibility, and lead generation.
- Improving user experience by delivering responsive, accessible, and visually polished content across our marketing sites.
- Speeding up our development time and enabling faster launches of guides, calculators, templates, and other interactive tools.
- Translating detailed Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and fast-loading web pages
- Implementing clean, mobile-first code in WordPress using HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, and custom blocks.
- Updating high-priority content to improve engagement and conversions.
- Troubleshooting layout and formatting issues, optimizing for SEO and Core Web Vitals, and ensuring best-in-class performance.
