Rios Partners is looking to build its digital excellence capabilities by hiring an experienced Web Developer to help build pixel-perfect digital experiences for Rios and its clients, thereby improving user experience and driving innovation.
Requirements
- Front-end expertise. You are very familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices, are up-to-date on modern browser trends and compatibility, and understand how to develop for an increasingly mobile Web.
- Technical performance expert. You know the importance of Core Web Vitals and can help us improve our technical performance and site speed.
- Understanding of basic computer science algorithms and data structures.
- Significant experience with experience with programming languages such as Python, Django, C-Sharp, and node.JS
- Proficiency in React.js and Next.js, with additional experience in other modern frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
- Significant experience with the newest HTML and CSS standards, and Web Accessibility standards
- Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub and cloud-based environments like Jira
Responsibilities
- Support new Responsive web content.
- Support optimization initiatives.
- Manage website development.
- Work with HCD team members to define and implement efficient, intuitive user interfaces (UI) and effective user experiences (UX).
- Analyze user requirements and translate those requirements into functioning software modules that execute on web servers or cloud-hosted environments.
