Ebenezer Senior Living needs to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites for its portfolio of communities, ensuring efficient digital experiences that reflect the brand, support new community onboarding, and meet accessibility and performance standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 5 or more years experience with HubSpot CMS and embedded marketing tools
- 8 or more years experience advanced WordPress development (custom themes, templates, plugins)
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), mobile-first design, GA4, GTM
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain community websites on WordPress and HubSpot CMS
- Collaborate with internal team to execute page layouts, templates, and mobile-responsive designs
- Implement technical SEO best practices (e.g., redirects, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- Ensure all websites meet WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards
- Integrate and manage embedded HubSpot forms, analytics scripts, and call tracking
- Support microsites and campaign landing pages
- Manage CMS security updates, plugin health, and hosting backups
Other
- Collaborates with the internal marketing team, including a web designer and copywriter, as well as our SEO consultant
- Participate in process documentation, internal training, and digital infrastructure planning
- Stay up to date with digital and accessibility trends
- Experience in senior living or healthcare
- Bachelor of Science Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
