Requirements
- Proven experience in web development, particularly with WordPress
- Strong proficiency in CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, SCSS, NPM, Gutenberg, and Git
- Experience with Google Analytics GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and Google core web vitals
- Ability to analyze web performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize opensesame.com’s WordPress code framework and site content to enhance user experience and engagement
- Implement and customize Google Analytics GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze website performance
- Conduct SEO initiatives, including keyword research, backlink analysis, and site structure optimization to improve search visibility
- Ensure website compliance with Google core web vitals and accessibility standards
- Research and develop long-term strategies for website traffic growth aligned with broader marketing campaigns
- Lead A/B testing efforts to identify opportunities for engagement and conversion improvements
- Utilize web analytics tools to collect data, generate reports, and provide strategic insights
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- Understanding of MarTech operations, including Salesforce integration and data capture
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
- Act as a cross-functional SME, collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams
