Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Senior Web Developer/Engineer to support the development and modernization of client-server and web-based applications

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-end client-server and web-based applications
- Develop and maintain web pages and user interfaces
- Port existing applications to web-based platforms
- Utilize web technologies such as HTML, XML, Perl, Apache, and related tools
- Interface with clients to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements
- Provide technical recommendations and support application enhancements
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines
Other
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in scripting, software development, and web page design and development
