DataAnnotation is looking for a Web Developer to help design, code, and evaluate AI training problems and code snippets to improve the accuracy, performance, and clarity of AI-generated code and shape next-generation AI models.
Requirements
- Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and develop diverse coding problems used for training AI systems
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide constructive feedback to improve AI models and coding outputs
- Collaborate with the team to refine problem sets and coding standards
- Participate in assessments and review processes to ensure quality
Other
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
