Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces for the AI Business Hub, primarily using CMS platforms.
- Serve as the main POC for the website, lead meetings, and work closely with project managers and a team of 15 to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with business goals.
- Write clear documentation, perform rigorous testing, and unlock automation opportunities across the team.
- Bring a point of view on innovation, proactively recommend improvements to the module system, and identify automation opportunities.
- Identify, escalate, and document production impact issues; provide technical support as needed.
