Requirements

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET
• Proficient in version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and responsive web design
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and data structures

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects with teams of 2 or more developers when required
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to analyze and resolve complex programming challenges
• Review and approve proposed tools, libraries, and frameworks for development projects
• Review and approve best practices for software development lifecycle processes
• Review and approve developer coding conventions and standards
• Build and maintain relationships with external technology partners to develop innovative solutions

Other

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on web development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Exhibit a true team player attitude; personable, professional, with a high level of integrity
