FDH Aero is looking to solve business functions by developing and maintaining web applications. The company needs a Web Developer .NET Programmer to create software solutions that meet business requirements, identify and manage risks, and deliver incremental business value to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with database technologies, MS SQL Server, MS Data Factory, DevOps, SQL, and SSIS
- Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, BootStrap, and CSS
- Specific experience in database design and implementation
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C-Sharp, Visual Basic . NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Responsibilities
- Utilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet the company's requirements
- Develop core functionality and components for applications; services and websites, in support of end-users, by starting with business needs and objectives, contributing to functional and technical specifications, and executing against a plan to launch and maintain applications
- Review project objectives and collaboratively determine the best technology for implementation
- Implement best-practice standards for the development and deployment of code and applications
- Ensure clear/straightforward design and comprehensive documentation of code. Identify code/functionality that can be reused and refactored for reuse within the team
- Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support
- Designs, codes, and modifies websites, from layout to function, and according to the company’s specifications
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Work experience in the aerospace industry is helpful
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
