Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in web design, development, production, testing and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience with UX/UI as well as multimedia and graphics production.
- Demonstrated advanced experience developing, designing, and creating projects using SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience implementing dynamic web pages, custom application plugins and widgets, and custom Cascading style sheets.
- Demonstrated experience in 3 or more of the following applications: C-Sharp, Ajax/Java Script, HTML 5, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience in 3 or more of the following; Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Afobe InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Captivate and Catasia.
- Demonstrated experience using approved section 508/accessibility compliance tools.
Responsibilities
- Support and create web design, development, production, testing and troubleshooting projects of medium to high complexity.
- Follow standards and procedures in the production and distribution of work products.
- Design and produce a wide range of communications and products for IT applications/systems.
- Recommend strategies to sharpen communications themes for IT applications/systems.
- Create videos in support of training courses for virtual distribution.
- Create training and continuing education graphics materials.
- Design and produce original illustrations, charts, schematics, placemat products.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

- Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
