The Sustainment Division provides GCC mission services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational support services for both the GCC and the Warfighter. The Sustainment Division provides foundational services such as continual process improvement, cost control, mission planning, and opportunities for organizational efficiencies which include development of tools, asset management (HW/SW) for LCM and property accountability and security control to protect GCC CONUS managed DODIN-A services (NIPRNet and SIPRNet).

Responsibilities
- The Web Hosting service provides custom web-based, data driven applications in both SharePoint and Java in support of the GCC mission.
- The team implements the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standard to help plan and design the processes that go into programming the end solution.
- The team also provides O&M for all deployed applications which includes the development of user guides and other training materials/videos, in-person training, bug tracking and resolution through ITSM, maintaining the web application server and SharePoint site collections, and facilitating requests for new functionality to existing applications as well as requests for new sites and applications.
- Develop, monitor, secure, sustain, and operate Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals and applications.
- Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet web portals.
- Provide development and administration support for GCC’s content and applications hosted on web-based collaborative platforms to include SharePoint.
- Design and develop web graphics, web pages, web sites, and interactive web applications to include an internal web-based, data-sharing application to store and display all reports, SOPs, manuals, and forms used by the GCC.
