Rochester Regional Health is looking to solve the problem of managing content across several websites and web services platforms, and creating a user-friendly online presence that supports the organization's Digital Engagement and Marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Working Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Sitecore 10, Sitecore XM Cloud, WordPress, Drupal, etc).
- Knowledge and understanding of effective web design principles, front-end website languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end website frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, Angular, and GraphQL.
- Experience with modern design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of PiwikPro, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Sitecore Analytics, and Sitecore XP a plus.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- Knowledge of web development principles and technologies.
- Experience with website analytics and performance monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the RRH web and digital platforms. Including website content management systems, deployment platforms, form builder platforms, redirects, and administrative tools.
- Update and optimize content for Rochester Regional Health web properties on a regular basis. This includes managing content by building, editing, and deleting web pages (and associated graphic assets) to create accurate and user-friendly websites.
- Monitor websites and digital applications for consistency and compliance with Rochester Regional Health brand standards, accessibility standards, HIPAA and security compliance.
- Identify ways to improve and maximize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Rochester Regional Health web properties, working closely with other members of the Digital Engagement team.
- Track and report on website analytics, performance, KPIs, and overall health and quality of Rochester Regional Health web properties.
- Support and triage issues, features, and enhancement requests for Rochester Regional Health web properties. Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop requirements, manage sprints, and deployments.
- Maintain and update knowledge base and training documentation for web platforms and team standard operating procedures.

- Bachelors or equivalent experience in New Media Design, Communications, Information Technology or related field
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and extreme attention to detail are necessary for this position.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
