Monin is seeking a Websites & Ecommerce Developer with strong Shopify Plus expertise to lead the development and optimization of their ecommerce and marketing websites (B2B and B2C). This role will manage major projects, including the migration from Salesforce-Commerce to a new B2B Shopify e-commerce store, and assist in Shopify PIM integration.
Requirements
- Direct, hands-on Shopify Plus development experience (Liquid, APIs, custom apps, third-party integrations).
- Strong full-stack skills: Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/TypeScript and node.js)
- Experience developing new Shopify features, troubleshooting issues, and integrating third-party apps.
- Understanding of CMS platforms (October or similar).
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and version control (Git).
- Understanding of web security best practices (Cloudflare, CDN, hosting environments).
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and website performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of B2B and B2C websites on Shopify Plus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website and ecommerce issues quickly and effectively.
- Build and deploy new Shopify features, customizations, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate daily with Marketing and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Partner with external development agencies and integration partners to coordinate projects, review code, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure websites meet standards for performance, SEO, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and security.
- Document processes, integrations, and technical implementations.
Other
- 3–5 years of ecommerce and website development experience, Shopify is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Interest in staying ahead of ecommerce and web development trends.
- Experience with PHP and Laravel is a Plus.
