Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development using C/C++
- Strong proven background and experience in real-time operating systems and multi-threaded software environments
- Prior experience in Cellular/ eSIM/ Telephony/ WiFi technology will be a plus
- Experience building reliable and robust software systems using secure programming fundamentals
- Familiarity with wireless technologies such as eSIM and telephony
- Experience with software development for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch
- Knowledge of cellular networks and protocols
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced eSIM, cellular, and telephony features for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch
- Collaborate with Apple's design studio to create intuitive user interfaces
- Oversee the full software lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Work with cellular carriers, security, privacy, hardware, and qualification teams to optimize protocols and user interfaces for eSIM and telephony solutions
- Patent these solutions to protect Apple intellectual property
- Develop next-gen wireless technologies
- Push the boundaries of eSIM and telephony capabilities
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
