Anduril Industries is looking for Software Engineers to join their Internal Tools team to architect and implement mission-critical applications that enforce lean business process, add multiplicative leverage to Anduril employees, and scale Anduril into a next-generation defense prime, with a focus on customizing Odoo for their Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with Odoo or other WMS software
- Proficiency with various programming languages including Javascript and Python
- Experience working and integrating with ERP software, specifically Oracle
- Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints
Responsibilities
- Develop custom modules and functionalities in Odoo to meet specific warehouse management requirements.
- Work on integrating Odoo WMS with other systems, including Oracle ERP, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leads and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Act as the primary Odoo administrator, managing user access, system configurations, and ensure alignment with business processes.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical degree or relevant work experience
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
