Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking to develop Workday reporting and business intelligence solutions to satisfy end user data needs and advance health and wellness through preeminent programs in patient care, education, and research.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with Workday reporting (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience with Workday (Required), including Benefits, Compensation & Learning (Preferred)
- Data Analysis (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate data analysis in practical data analysis applications of moderate difficulty.
- Business Intelligence Tools (Novice): Has successfully used the tool in situations of medium complexity.
- Business Requirements Definition (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate knowledge of Business Requirements Definition in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
- Data Mining (Novice): Has demonstrated an understanding of analysis methods, design concepts, data organization, business models, capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with data modeling and ability to interview business customers to elicit data requirements
Responsibilities
- Performs functions related to requirements definition, data analysis and BI tool utilization, to create Workday Reporting solutions, preferably leveraging Workday Prism for dashboard reporting.
- Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modification.
- Ensures integrity and security of institutional data.
- Implements small projects or components of large projects.
- Ability to solve medium to complex problems.
- Performs Data Analysis functions.
- Develops requirements for Workday reporting & business intelligence solutions under occasional guidance to satisfy end user data needs.
