Salinas Valley Health is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to support their Workday platform, which includes Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Sourcing. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday and third-party systems integrations.
  • Create and maintain documentation of integration designs, field mappings, test scenarios, workflows, and logic for future reference and troubleshooting.
  • Perform unit and system integration testing in partnership with stakeholders, business users, and third-party vendors.
  • Deploy, monitor, provide ongoing support, and maintain the integration schedule for all Workday and third-party system integrations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and scalable integration solutions using the Workday platform, middleware tools and the related capabilities of source and target systems
  • Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, and Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS).
  • Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
