Trimble is looking to optimize and support its Workday ecosystem, focusing on Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking & Absence Management Modules, and connected processes across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
5+ years of Workday experience, with deep functional knowledge of Core HCM and Talent Acquisition modules.
Proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process frameworks.
Familiarity with security roles, calculated fields, and condition rules.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Workday certifications in Core HCM or Talent modules are a plus.
Responsibilities
Functional configuration of Workday business processes
Troubleshooting production support issues
Gathering requirements, documenting designs, and evaluating options for change
Documenting business end to end process flows
Creating test plans, unit testing and leading business partners through User Acceptance Testing
Documenting changes and migrating new functionality to production
Demonstrating solutions to business stakeholders and fellow agile team members
Other
Experience supporting a global organization is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Utilizing business knowledge to identify opportunities for process and operational improvement
Partner with the business
Help with questions from the COE users about system capabilities
