The Workflow team is responsible for designing and implementing workflows in JSM to improve efficiency and accuracy by creating dynamic, context-aware processes that adapt to the needs of specific tasks and teams.

Requirements

  • learning experience in basic/java/python/JQL
  • Foundational knowledge of data organization, interpretation, and visualization techniques
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Responsibilities

  • Assist in workflow design & implementation
  • Work along side team members and other groups to gather requirements
  • Help prepare documentation & training materials for projects
  • Assist in collecting feedback on implemented workflows & track performance
