Children's Healthcare of Atlanta needs to analyze workforce data to identify trends, facilitate decision support, and improve HR programs. The role will involve creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, analyzing data for insights, and presenting findings to executive audiences.
Requirements
- Experience using relational databases to pull and summarize large datasets, create reports and prepare ad-hoc analyses
- Ability to spot patterns in data and turn them into useful insights
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Creates new and maintains existing workforce focused reporting and dashboards.
- Prepares People/HR reports for internal business partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyzes workforce data to exact trends and facilitate effective decision support.
- Gathers insights on Children’s workforce performance and HR programs and presents findings.
- Identifies areas of opportunity and suggests improvements to existing reporting and processes.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
Other
- Project and/or data management experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Experience working with and/or preparing data for executive audiences
- Comfortable working in a high volume, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment

- Proven ability to complete tasks without continuous oversight
- Collaborative team player with exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience
