Responsibilities
- Track industry trends, emerging roles, and skills demand across geographies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, desk research).
- Monitor and synthesize labor market reports, employer data, and competitor benchmarks.
- Maintain a living knowledge base of emerging jobs and capabilities.
- Translate workforce insights into recommendations for new program development.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to guide program portfolios and design decisions.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to ensure curricula reflect market realities.
