AWS is looking to define the future of Go to Market (GTM) using generative AI (GenAI) and solve complex customer challenges that require expert-level knowledge
Requirements
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- 4+ Years of Windows Modernization experience (.NET Framework to .NET, SQL Server Modernization)
Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap
- Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges
- Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events
- Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives
- Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide
- Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures
- Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, and distill and translate that feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams to review
