Siemens Healthineers is looking to drive the commercial success of its Rad Fluoro (RF) product line by developing and executing strategies to position and grow the portfolio.
Requirements
- You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures.
- You possess a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
- You possess an understanding of product lifecycle management including development, launch, optimization and retirement.
- You are skilled in coordinating, communicating, and helping drive timely resolutions across organizational boundaries.
- You are experienced in personnel scheduling, training and professional development.
- You have great presentation and PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Minimum of 5-8 years customer relationship or business management experience in the field of Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the assigned RF product(s), including strategy development, business planning, and roadmap execution.
- Develop and implement targeted, measurable marketing strategies and promotional programs to drive sales growth.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and quarterly projections.
- Sales education and enablement via webcasts or live meeting on latest product releases or updates.
- Serve as a daily resource for sales support through webcasts, training, customer calls and product support.
- Quoting Design and Support inclusive of price book management
- Act as the global liaison for assigned product(s) to coordinate product releases and align marketing efforts with sales strategy.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
