Siemens Healthineers is looking to drive the commercial success of its Rad Fluoro (RF) product line by developing and executing strategies to position and grow the portfolio.

Requirements

  • You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures.
  • You possess a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
  • You possess an understanding of product lifecycle management including development, launch, optimization and retirement.
  • You are skilled in coordinating, communicating, and helping drive timely resolutions across organizational boundaries.
  • You are experienced in personnel scheduling, training and professional development.
  • You have great presentation and PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years customer relationship or business management experience in the field of Healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the assigned RF product(s), including strategy development, business planning, and roadmap execution.
  • Develop and implement targeted, measurable marketing strategies and promotional programs to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and quarterly projections.
  • Sales education and enablement via webcasts or live meeting on latest product releases or updates.
  • Serve as a daily resource for sales support through webcasts, training, customer calls and product support.
  • Quoting Design and Support inclusive of price book management
  • Act as the global liaison for assigned product(s) to coordinate product releases and align marketing efforts with sales strategy.

  • You work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results.
  • Ability to travel (up to 30%)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
