Raytheon is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support Exportability (XP) as part of the Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline. The successful candidate will be responsible for integration, regression and verification of exportability capabilities in advanced radar systems.
Requirements
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
- Experience integrating AN/TPY-2 product in both domestic and FMS configurations.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of Exportability solutions into RTX products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of exportability capabilities.
- Develop and execute integration plans, schedules, and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Perform system-level analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
- Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
Other
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.
