KDG is looking for a Zoho Developer to create web and tech solutions that bring customers results, working on platform-based systems under the supervision of experienced staff.
Requirements
- Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce/Zoho or other email sending platforms) in a business environment
- Experience configuring API software
- Experience working with existing databases in (Access/Zoho)
- Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, Python, C++, etc.
- Proficient in Deluge, Creator, Analytics, and other Zoho-specific languages / packages.
- Great working knowledge of data structures, maps, lists, and flows.
- Ability to produce efficient, clean, and well-commented code
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, both to our team and our clients through consistent communication.
- Be proficient in Deluge, Creator, Analytics, and other Zoho-specific languages / packages.
- Work closely with analysts and end users to make sure that applications are performing as expected.
- Regularly modify hierarchical, relational, flat-file, and PaaS databases and applications (Access & Zoho)
- Have a great working knowledge of data structures, maps, lists, and flows.
- Address and remediate concerns or escalate requirements as needed.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions under the supervision of our experienced staff.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR 2 years’ work experience as a Software Developer with a background in cloud applications
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use independent judgment and take personal initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication
